I bought the Isinwheel M10 ebike 3 weeks ago for my boy. Instructions on installation were perfect and easy. However the one crank had a defect but the customer support was very helpful and quickly dispatched a new crank!
The bike itself works great, we still haven't charged the battery after the initial charge and have gone 72km's(mostly with assist) with more juice to go! I definately recommend this product, very good value for money, and the support is also top notch!

I bought this bike to avoid summer road construction on my commute to work. Turns out I bought this bike to ride everywhere! I love cruising on it. Im 6'1 280 and this thing gets me wherever I need to go. I bought a seat for the rear cargo mount and ride my kids around, they can't get enough.
The bike seems very well built for the price. Ive had 2 people now ask me if I paid more than $2000. Only advice I'd give you. If you use the front cargo rack, get some Loctite to keep all your mounting hardware tight. I had a couple hex bolts shake loose on our very bumpy wisconsin trails.
I'd order again in a heartbeat and will be getting my son a GT2 scooter from isinwheel.com next.

I have had two back surgeries and have no license. Isinwheel has given me a sense of freedom and independence again and I am so greatful. I use my isinwheel every single day to get to work, to get groceries, to simply get out on my days off and not put myself in a bunch of pain by doing so. Brought a new ebike M10 two week ago through on line, shipment came on time unfortunately got a defective battery, Charged for couples times through out the day, did try to in serval days but battery still not taken charge, very frustrating. However, Isinwheel support team turn this unpleasant experience into a very Happy ending, they call me back, emailed back and fore and offering different solution to solve the problem. This responsive follow up truly surprise me, and they always answering through emails. Finally send me a brand new battery now I enjoy and love this bike. Quality of the bike itself now amazing, no scratches nor damage while receiving. Very fun to ride. Great service. 10/10 good job guys

I have a isinwheel GT1 that I use daily I have over 30 miles on it and other than a small issue that isinwheel support helped me fix it’s been great.

After almost 700 miles its so fun and easy to comute with, i use it to go back and forth everywhere! Perfect tires and the speed is great! 28m/hr

The R6 has been a game-changer for my commute. Hills are flattened, and longer distances are a breeze thanks to the excellent electric assist. I'm consistently impressed with the long battery life and the comfortable ride. The bike is well-built and while it's a bit heavier than a regular bike, the benefits of effortless riding are well worth it. This is the second ISINWHEEL bike we’ve purchased, and we’re very satisfied with it. Although we had some initial confusion about the product details on the website, the customer service team was extremely professional and patient — they helped us resolve everything smoothly.

The only minor issue is that the position of the power key slot could be a bit more convenient, but it hasn’t affected our overall experience. The bike performs well and is perfect for daily commuting.

I've been riding this e-bike to work almost every single day since I got it and haven’t had any issues so far. The battery still holds a charge well and these big tires are exactly what I was looking for: both stylish and functional. I also love the low frame design because it makes getting on and off the bike easier and provides extra stability when I ride on trails.

I’ve always wanted to try bike commuting to squeeze in some extra exercise with my sedentary lifestyle due to work and to be more environmentally friendly. This bike lets me do that, plus it makes my daily commute more fun. Overall, I ike this bike a lot. It's got that simple and sleek look to it. I didn't get the basket version since I prefer carrying a backpack, but I can see how a basket could be useful for others. It’s a solid bike and totally worth the price in my opinion. Hopefully, it’ll last for a long time.

I use it to get around the neighborhood, it's super fast. I love the size of the wheels. Battery last all day, super efficient to go up hills. Totally recommend this product. I've been told that it looks like a real motorcycle.
