Australia Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise:
Simple & efficient: iSinwheel provides a straightforward warranty that is processed.

 

    1. Order Cancellation

    • Order cancellation requests for Australian customers follow the same rules as the U.S. market: cancellations are only available within 1.5 hours of placing the order.

    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery according to the return process.

    2. Refund Policy

    1. For Non-defective Products / No-longer Needed Products

    • Unopened & Unused Merchandise: May be returned within 14 days of delivery. A return shipping fee of up to 10% of the product price will apply upon successful return.

    • Opened Merchandise: May be returned within 14 days of delivery, and must have less than 20km of usage. A 10% restocking fee will be charged, and return shipping will not be covered. If the distance exceeds 20km, the restocking fee will increase to 30%.

    1. For Defective Products

    • Within 30 days of delivery: All fees and charges are covered for return/exchange/repair.

    • Over 30 days of delivery: Products that develop a fault under normal use are entitled to free repair under warranty or a partial refund (20%–80%), depending on the actual issue.

    3. Exchange Policy

    • Within 30 days:

      • Unused products: eligible for free replacement (no freight or handling charges).

      • Non-quality issues: customer bears AUD $50–$80 shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

      • Quality issues: shipping costs covered by isinwheel.

    • Replacements will be arranged within 2 business days after receiving the returned package.

    4. Refused Shipments

    • If you refuse delivery, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the product price to cover shipping costs.

    • Refund will be issued after the returned item arrives back at our facility.

    5. Important Notes for Australia

    1. Customer must keep the original box for return or provide a similar package.

    2. Severely damaged returns due to poor packaging will incur up to 40% handling fee, while returns without packaging may incur up to 80% deduction.

    3. Refunds are only issued back to the original payment method:

      • Paypal: within 48 hours

      • Credit Card: 7–14 business days

    4. No returns/refunds for accessories unless defective or wrongly shipped.

    5. Some remote areas in Australia may not be deliverable. If so, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.
