As of September 29, 2025, a peak season shipping surcharge is now being applied to all isinwheel electric scooter orders. This temporary fee — which will remain in effect until January 18, 2026 — is set and collected by logistics carriers, not by isinwheel.

During the busiest time of the year, shipping companies around the world increase delivery surcharges to offset rising costs from fuel, seasonal staffing, and high shipping volume. This is an industry-wide standard practice. isinwheel has no control over these carrier fees and does not profit from them — we are simply passing along the surcharge exactly as charged by the shipping providers.

Here’s how the surcharge is structured:

• For larger electric scooter models such as M50, M60, R6, UCITY, U8PLUS, and U8ULTRA, carriers have added a delivery surcharge of about $85 per order.
• For standard-size models, the surcharge is about $10 per order.
