We recommend all riders are at least 12 years of age before riding an electric scooter.

This depends on the model’s IP rating.
An IP rating of 5 or higher indicates water resistance – models that can be ridden in the rain (the second digit of an IP rating refers to water ingress).  View our water resistant iSinwheel Electric Scooters, which have been designed to be protected in all USA weather conditions.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email . Please include your order number when contacting us.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.
If your order is in transit, or has already been delivered, you will need to arrange a return with us

Faulty electric scooter – Less than 14 days post-delivery 
If your electric scooter arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault during normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 14 days of you receiving it you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

We offer 6 months for the scooter . We take care of quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT PARTS.

Our average order fulfillment time is 1 business day, with a 2-3 business days shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order.

30 Days Money Back: For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged / Unused iSinwheel product and receive a refund for any reason.iSinwheel is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers not due to quality problems.

Up to 6 months warranty: We offer 6 months for the scooter. We take care of quality-related issues with a replacements parts.

We recommend contacting your airline directly to inquire about flying with your scooter. With airline approval, devices can contain larger lithium ion batteries (101-160 watt hours per battery). Most of our scooters hold a bigger lithium ion battery than 160W, which you will not be able to fly with. You can find battery information on the underside of the scooter deck.
