Q: Can the seats be purchased separately?

A: Our electric scooters are divided into X1 and X1S, if you don't need a seat, you can buy X1. Of course, if you need to buy the seat separately, you can contact us to buy it.

Q: What are the dimensions of the deck alone?

A:  The width of the deck is 8 inches

Q: What is the wheel size?

A: Our scooters are equipped with the latest 10-inch off-road pneumatic tires, plus dual front and rear suspensions for a great driving experience.

Q: What does light sensor headlight mean?

A: The headlights come on automatically when it is dark or dim. Because our lights are equipped with intelligent sensors.

Q: Which buttons must I press to get the scooter to 28mph?

A: After the electric scooter is turned on, the single power button switches the mode from ECO-MID-HIGH mode, and the speed will reach 28mph in high-speed mode

Q: Does it shake a lot when you ride?

A: You don't have to worry about any vibration because we are equipped with 10-inch off-road tires and dual suspensions front and rear for a bump-free ride.
