Choose the GT1 if your priority is everyday commuting, errands, and recreational rides with a single-motor setup. Consider the GT1 Dual if hills and stronger acceleration are higher priorities. The GT1 is a single-motor model and cannot switch to dual-motor drive.

The GT1 offers up to 21 miles per charge, tested with a 165 lb rider at 9.3 MPH. Faster riding, hills, heavier loads, and cold weather can reduce range. Check your full round-trip distance and leave a charging margin rather than planning around the maximum figure.

Hill performance depends on rider weight, slope, battery level, and road conditions. Expect speed and range to decrease on climbs. The maximum load is 330 lbs, including the rider and anything carried. For the best riding experience, the manual recommends a total load of no more than 70% of that limit—approximately 231 lbs. Higher loads can affect acceleration, hill climbing, range, and braking distance.

Front and rear swingarm suspension work with 10-inch pneumatic tires to help reduce vibration on uneven pavement. Ride comfort still depends on speed, tire pressure, rider weight, and road conditions. Slow down for rough sections and avoid potholes or obstacles that could cause a loss of control.

The GT1 folds for storage and weighs 59.1 lbs. It may be manageable for occasional lifting, but consider the weight if you regularly use stairs or carry it onto public transit. Check the folded dimensions in the specifications against your trunk, closet, or other storage space before ordering.

New riders should begin in the lowest speed setting in an open area away from traffic. Get comfortable with the throttle, brakes, and turning before increasing speed. Wear a properly fitted helmet and review the user manual before your first ride. You do not need to use the highest speed setting.

A full charge takes approximately 5–6 hours using the supplied charger, depending on the battery’s starting level. We recommend fully charging the battery before your first ride. Charge only within the manual’s specified temperature range of 32°F–104°F (0°C–40°C), and follow its charging instructions.

The GT1 has an IPX4 water-resistance rating for splashes; it is not waterproof. Avoid riding through standing water, submerging the scooter, or washing it with a pressure washer. Follow the manual’s wet-weather precautions, and allow extra stopping distance whenever surfaces are wet or slippery.

The GT1 connects to the isinwheel Club app for ride information and available scooter settings. The electronic lock can be accessed when connected through the app. Use a physical lock when parking in public—the app lock does not secure the scooter to a fixed object.

Regularly check tire pressure, tire condition, brake operation, fasteners, and the folding mechanism. Pneumatic tires need air-pressure checks and may require puncture repairs. Follow the GT1 manual for maintenance instructions, and contact support if you notice looseness, unusual noises, or changes in braking or handling.
