Rides great and feels solid. No complaints at all. Glad I went with this one.

I bought this to replace an underperforming Gyroor scooter that wasn’t giving me good mileage. Would go from a full charge to half dead within 5 miles into a trip. Ended up sending that back and pulling the trigger on this Isinwheel and I’m glad I did.

This scooter is a workhorse! Assembly was a bit of a bear but test driving was awesome. Right out of the box I was able to put in 20 miles from the charge the scooter shipped with and only managed to get down to 51% from 78%.

Ride quality; this is a smooth riding scooter. My old Gyroor which had smaller wheels would start to fishtail at higher speeds which was terrifying. This Isinwheel doesn’t have that problem and handles bumps and uneven terrain and even off roading.

The motor is powerful. When you turn the throttle, the torque is apparent. You definitely feel it take off. I live in an area where there are speed limits for electric scooters. Fortunately the app makes it easy to set limits to comply with local laws.

Speaking of the app, it’s very intuitive. You have an enhanced dashboard like the one included, but additional features such as GPS, customization of mood lighting, and even an action video recorder. My favorite feature though is the fact that you can lock the scooter from the app. And when I say lock, it’s not just locking the computer, it physically immobilizes the wheels. With the weight of the scooter and how awkward and unwieldy it is to pick up, thieves would have a very difficult time trying to make off with this. Even so, a lock is recommended. Also, to make the best use out of the app, it’s advisable to invest in a handlebar phone holder and mount beside the main dashboard. The phone/app function as an infotainment center like that of cars with navigation.

Bought these as an anniversary gift, and haven’t looked back since. These scooters are so much fun to ride. We enjoy taking them for nighttime spins, or to run quick errands. Assembly was no more difficult than that of assembling a bicycle. Also, we like that you can change the colorful lights, to solids, scrolling and even select which specific colors show, their brightness, or turn them off all together. We live in a rural area about 10 miles from the closest store and these have already saved so much fuel. But mostly they’re just plain fun to ride. We also can’t wait to take them to the RV parks next season. One of us is on the higher end of the weight limit (315), and 6’ 7 tall. This scooter gets around great. I hope this review answers some of the questions I had before buying. Buy the scooter! It’s been a blast.

Great scooter

I’ve been using this 1200W scooter for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly blown away by how good it is. The motor is incredibly powerful—it accelerates quickly and easily hits top speeds that make commuting or just cruising around super fun. You can really feel that 1200W of power when going uphill or taking off from a stop.
What impressed me the most, though, is the suspension system. It absorbs bumps and cracks in the road beautifully, giving an unbelievably smooth and stable ride, even on rougher terrain. I barely feel the vibrations, which makes longer rides way more comfortable.
Overall, this scooter is a fantastic purchase. Between the power, smooth handling, and solid build quality, it’s easily one of the best scooters I’ve owned. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for performance, comfort, and reliability in one sleek package!

I couldn’t be happier with my Isinwheel H7 Pro Scooter! From the moment I hopped on, I could feel the difference — it’s powerful, smooth, and built to last. The acceleration is incredible, and it handles hills with no problem at all. The battery life is impressive too, easily getting me through long rides without worry. The one this I must say though is the customer service is unlike any I have ever had before. When I received the scooter, it was sent with a faulty headlight which unfortunately made the horn and the headlight not work and upon me reaching out and emailing customer service they immediately emailed me back ( I mean within a few hours) and started resolving the issue. By the end of the day they had confirmed the issue, confirmed the correct part needed and sent out the new one and I received it two days later. I was more than impressed. I am more than happy with my decision in choosing this company for such a large purchase. Thank you Isin wheel for focusing on customer service.

This scooter is fantastic! The setup was simple, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I really appreciate the included air pump and spare tire tube — nice thoughtful touches. Overall, it’s an excellent product and a great riding experience!

I’m a regular E-Bike , E-Scooter fan. Have 5 different models for over 3 years now. We just purchased the H7 Pro 2 weeks ago to add to our collection and all i can say is WOW 🤯 what an incredible machine this is. The torque is perfect and will fly going up hills and i am 6’1” 220lbs and it carry’s me with ease. This is by far the best E-product I have ever owned. The staff at Isinwheel are very friendly and attentive to any questions or needs i may have. They respond very quickly and are always easy to talk with. My only regret is not finding this company sooner. I strongly recommend this H7 Pro for anyone needing something to commute to work with or just own for leisurely rides. It is crazy fun and exhilarating to enjoy 😉

So far so good no issues so far! Fingers crossed no issues will come my way.
The seat is a bit stiff but I expected that and already had a seat cushion to put on top of it.
I added some customizations and stickers and now it’s perfect for getting groceries or going to the dispensary!

Best bang for your money. Very good build quality especially the heavy duty frame and the welding work.

Great fun to drive. Four modes for limiting the speed. Automatic cruise control. Low center of gravity. Very peppey engines/motor.

The design and headlights makes it a frequent head turner in our community. 2-3 complements on how fun it looks and people asking for what it is.
