This lil scooter can. very sleek and well made. Will do 21 mph, on a full battery, but this will drain it faster also.@ 2nd speed about 13 mph, this will indeed go 28 miles. @ the faster speed you get about half that.

The Isin Hyper X electric scooter is a powerful and fun scooter, I was skeptical of buying this scooter but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The only drawback was my front fender was crammed in the front fork and was twisted and bent, I have asked for a replacement fender from Isinwheel, will follow up on fender later, but so far, 5 star rating!! The support team (Jessica) is outstanding!!

There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. It's got all the features. Best of all, you can't beat the price. The company that made this bike gets not five stars 10 Stars

Awesome machine

I received my scooter 2 weeks ago. It is loaded with standard features that were missing on most other scooters on the market. Examples are front and rear suspension, turn signals, operating stop/tail light, seat, electric horn, 14 inch wheels, and parcel basket. Fit and finish are outstanding. Service and support have been highly satisfactory.

Great for disabled person that can still ride a bike to get around. Has a basket for small shopping trips. Has 3 speeds with speed monitor, turn signals and horn. Love this scooter.

Bought this as it was one of the scooters I found with a seat and a cargo rack and basket. It's a little bigger than expected but I guess I should have figured with 14in wheels. But the ride is smooth, I weigh 230 lb and it still gets up to 18mph but I cruise about 14 and the battery lasts much better. Very well made, was easy to put together. It still fits in the back of my 05 Camry which is great since I wanted it to be able to fit it in my car so I could drop my car off for maintenance and then ride the scooter around town. It's been awesome, so now I just hope it lasts is the only thing left to see, but overall very happy with it. It's well designed and I'm very happy with the features and ease of setup and use.
