This lil scooter can. very sleek and well made. Will do 21 mph, on a full battery, but this will drain it faster also.@ 2nd speed about 13 mph, this will indeed go 28 miles. @ the faster speed you get about half that.
The Isin Hyper X electric scooter is a powerful and fun scooter, I was skeptical of buying this scooter but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The only drawback was my front fender was crammed in the front fork and was twisted and bent, I have asked for a replacement fender from Isinwheel, will follow up on fender later, but so far, 5 star rating!! The support team (Jessica) is outstanding!!
There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. It's got all the features. Best of all, you can't beat the price. The company that made this bike gets not five stars 10 Stars

I absolutely love my new Hyper X - beautifully made, heavy duty construction, quite zippy, smooth ride with shock absorber seat and great for picking up groceries etc. with the basket.

Scooter is quick, love the 3 speeds. Only criticism is the weight, but overall a great scooter!!
This scooter is awesome. The seat is comfortable, the ride is smooth with the shocks, and it handles bumps like a champ. I hit 22 MPH no problem and the battery lasts longer than expected. Folds up easy for storage too. Perfect for commuting or just cruising around.
