isinwheel U5 500W Folding Electric Bike

So far I like this bike. It did not come folded in half with both wheels attached. So it was in a bigger package and I had to do some assembling, which will not be as bad if you have an extra set of hands. It rides nice and battery last long. I did have to upgrade the tubes in the tires after 2 flat tires in one week. But I take it down forest trails so alot of twigs, thorns, rocks that sort of stuff.
I would also like to mention the placement of the acceleration on the handle bar is not that convenient. There's been a few time when on a bumpy trial my hand has as slipped causing me to speed up in a situation I don't want to. I love that it folds and fits in my suv, and I can lift it easily.

After several weeks of riding this e-bike, I can confidently say it delivers a hassle-free experience. It handles pavements, trails, and even uneven terrain with ease, offering a stable ride at speeds that are just right—neither sluggish nor overwhelming for city commuting.

The interface is clear, and toggling between assist modes is effortless. I appreciate the flexibility to glide on pure electric power or pedal with a boost. Recharging is quick, which is ideal for frequent use.

Its compact folding design makes storage a breeze, fitting perfectly in my car for weekend getaways. It’s also a game-changer for navigating campus or quick errands, eliminating parking headaches.

The built-in illumination and alert bell enhance safety at dusk. While I haven’t needed customer service, their availability is reassuring.

In short, it’s a no-fuss, efficient solution for short to moderate commutes.

I’ve been using the U5 Pro for a couple of weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s powerful enough to handle hills and longer rides, but still compact and easy to fold and toss in the trunk when I’m on the go. The pedal-assist makes a huge difference — Level 1 gives just enough boost to save your legs, and I’ve gotten close to 40 miles on a full charge with light pedaling.
The LCD is clear and easy to use, and I love that it charges fairly quickly (around 3 hours). It’s been a lifesaver for running quick errands and avoiding traffic. The brakes feel solid, and the headlight and bell are great touches for safety.
Recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, fun, and portable e-bike for everyday use!

Have put about 100 miles on it in the first couple of weeks. I’m really happy with the purchase. This is my first ebike and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t want to overspend because I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy the experience. It’s been a fun bike to ride and I’ve received plenty of questions and compliments on it. The range appears to be about 25 miles or more. I maxed out around 25 miles but of course it’s gonna depend on how much battery power you use. I’m looking forward to more adventures with my bike🙂

I have been riding the bike for two weeks now and pleasantly surprised. I’ve ridden high-end e-mountain bikes, and there is a clear difference between the smoothness of peddling/motor engagement, but for the class and price, I would say that this is a great value bike. I had read reviews that customer service was lacking, but I have not had any issues, I did not realize there was a third position in the key to turn the bike on and thought there was the battery problem, I received a customer support response within 24 hours. I wanted a bike I could commute to work with and lock up without being too worried about it getting stolen, so this was a good price point for me. This bike did not have very many reviews so I was a little hesitant, but I’m happy with the purchase.

I reached out to customer service to request they could ship the bike ASAP to try get it in time for my son’s birthday. They responded fast and had the order ready for shipment within hours. It’s our first e-bike but it’s awesome so far! Glad we bought from iSinwheel!

Great bike, well made and comfortable to ride

I got this my husband to ride to work. The charge is good. He only needs to charge it once every few days. The speed is slightly faster than his scooter. It folds down and the battery can be taken out to charge, so you don’t need to bring the bike inside for charging. All in all, it’s a good bike.
