I have had two back surgeries and have no license. Isinwheel has given me a sense of freedom and independence again and I am so greatful. I use my isinwheel every single day to get to work, to get groceries, to simply get out on my days off and not put myself in a bunch of pain by doing so. This is the second ISINWHEEL bike we’ve purchased, and we’re very satisfied with it. Although we had some initial confusion about the product details on the website, the customer service team was extremely professional and patient — they helped us resolve everything smoothly.

The only minor issue is that the position of the power key slot could be a bit more convenient, but it hasn’t affected our overall experience. The bike performs well and is perfect for daily commuting.

I have been riding the bike for two weeks now and pleasantly surprised. I’ve ridden high-end e-mountain bikes, and there is a clear difference between the smoothness of peddling/motor engagement, but for the class and price, I would say that this is a great value bike. I had read reviews that customer service was lacking, but I have not had any issues, I did not realize there was a third position in the key to turn the bike on and thought there was the battery problem, I received a customer support response within 24 hours. I wanted a bike I could commute to work with and lock up without being too worried about it getting stolen, so this was a good price point for me. This bike did not have very many reviews so I was a little hesitant, but I’m happy with the purchase.
