We are very satisfied with the bikes. They arrived quickly. Assembly was a little harrowing when it came to the front rack. The forks on both bikes racks had to be bent a bit so the screw could line up but thankfully my husband is quite handy so it wasn't a big deal for us. We are pleased with our purchase, delivery time, and price. Thank you.

Very nice bike good height and size very lightweight and goes super fast has a lot of torque and feels super safe. Very smooth ride and bike battery last long time really long if using pedal assist all in all 5 stars

I am very pleased with this bike. This is my first ebike and I found it easy to operate and ride. I use it to ride with friends around my neighborhood. It was easy to put together and rides smoothly. The quality is great at a great price.

It was easy to put together. Easy to get on & off of. Easy to control with a smooth ride. My knees are bad so it is nice I can control the bike with the throttle.

This bike is really amazing. I was kinda hesitant to buy it but i gave it a try and it did’nt disappoint me. I travelled 25miles full throttle without pedal assist and the bar is still full. The customer service is awesome i would recommend this bike if you are really into travelling. If you are after a bike that cab travel far? THIS IS THE BIKE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! I give 5star to the Bike Performance and 5 star to the customer service response! Love this bike!

I am by no means a professional biker or anything, just got this for personal enjoyment. But I love it so much, it is very powerful, I added a seat onto the cargo part and me and my boyfriend are able to ride it together no problem (combined 370 lbs). Battery life is amazing, I would never be able to use it all in one ride. Came mostly assembled and was easy to finish assembly. If you’re looking for an electric bike I would definitely recommend.

This bike is a fun mode of transportation for me now that I'm a retired truck driver & empty nester. Left my Buick in Ohio & this does the trick in Florida where I'm at now...as long as a hurricane doesn't whip up. (which hasn't happened) Check your mirrors, helmets on & ride safe !
