Pedal assist works great. Once you get it going it kicks in & when you coast it turns off. Looks & feels like a much more expensive bike. Be sure to look for YouTube videos on brake adjustments if you are unfamiliar with disk brakes.

This e-bike is awesome so far! Well built, fast and nice looking! Customer service is top notch! We had an issue with the battery not locking on one of the two bikes so I emailed them and they responded within a couple of hours. Asked me to send photos, which I did. They quickly responded to that with instructions on what to do and it worked great with just a little bit of dremel on the opening that the lock latch goes in. Super impressed! We are having so much fun riding them!

Don’t hesitate to buy this bike. A local bike shop told me it was worth twice what I paid for here. Customer service went above and beyond. Most things were assembled. It has a kick stand and it’s just a beautiful bike. So fun to ride! If you have any questions, they email back right away.

Arrived earlier than expected, excellent packing and included all tools necessary for assembly which was fairly easy to do. Very sturdy well made e-bike. Excited to get it out on the road later today.

This electric bike pakage was delivered quickly. It is easy to assemble using the tools. The size of this bike is bigger than I expected, and it is good for my family. There are several different speeds you can choose to ride, and you can check the details of the riding and battery from the display. The battery is a little heavy but it exhibits strong capability to ride at high speed and long distance. More importantly, you can ride the bike by yourself without any electricity left, which means you don't have to worry about the battery. It is a good electric bike.

Enjoying the bike so far. First, it's easy to put together. Very solid. I bike to the store sometimes and having the electronic assistance made the hill so much easier to navigate.
