The battery is to long it's 18 inches and my bike needs a 15 and a half. Inch or 16 inch long..I sent over a few pics hopefully it can be resolved ..thank you very much .just called the isinwheel official store and was told that I can't get a refund on my purchase. It's fine I don't need a refund I would just like to send the battery that it's on used back to exchange for for the proper battery band was told no exchange is allowed .it's on the policy what policy..I was going to order through Amazon and was told to order it through isinwheel official store site to avoid any situations apparently there's a a situation .can't get refunded which I don't want and can't get an exchange they just want to refund me 84$ ..when I spent $169.99 plus

Exactly as expected. Doubles the range of the ebike.
