This purchased was the best investment we made. It helps my husband so much after an operation from the fracture he had. All in all this is one of the best product and very reliable.

The seat mounting plate made my rubber grip surface. bubble up, where it contacted my deck , when I removed the seat to put it in my trunk to go on vacation, I noticed a big bubble on the surface near the rear tire where the seat plate was

Purchased the seat for $75 ,I won’t be putting it back on the scooter

Needs six inches.

The seat is not high enough for the handle. The suspension is weak for a 175 lbs person. The bolts holding the 2 pieces of the deck needed to be so tight that if one is tighter than the other, then it will become loose. Overall, it is usable, but I feel like it wasn't meant to be.

Just had back surgery and it makes riding the scooter so easy to ride

I mostly got the scooter to help me get to and from my classes without issue. However, I was surprised when it worked with my brothers who are a good weight class above me. They both talked about how smooth the ride was even on bumpy sidewalks and that it moved fast enough that they weren’t spooked when taking bike paths. I think the only thing keeping me from giving it a full five stars is how much the jolt of the breaks being eased down has gotten me. Beyond that, it’s fantastic!

I got the scooter for my son birthday which was 9/27 he is in love with the scooter and so are his friends every last one of his friends wants to purchase a isinwheel I will definitely be making more purchases from this company.

The seat was great. The installation instructions needed more detail. I figured it out but would have been better with better step by step instructions.
