Well I got my ebike around 1 to 1 and 1/2 months ago. I wanted to give it some time so I could be completely honest.
The order came rather prompt with no issues. The bike works great although the brakes do make some noise. I am all over the place and love it. If I could have some things different it would be the blinkers, I understand having to hit the button to turn on but I tend to forget to hit the button to turn off. Kinda wish the blinker would stop automatically.
The H7Pro is comfortable, it goes up to 38 mph. I like where the basket is and that I can add more storage behind the seat.
I get compliments everywhere I go.

My h7 pro was shutting off and turning on and off rapidly and making beeping noises and clicking sounds from inside of the machine whenever I got caught in the rain or hit multiple puddles and then the lights started flickering I sent a email to isinwheel support and they responded that same day I sent 2 videos of what was happening the second day they sent me new lights with fed ex I got them in a few days and my h7 pro hasn't had a issue since I told them I rode it in the rain and everything and they still sent me the parts totally free of charge
