isinwheel Limited Time 2 Year Warranty

Been asked to review the 2yr warranty...How exactly do I review something I've never used. I have no idea how responsive isinwheel is with warranty work. I will say that the scooter is a bunch of fun for this 52yr old, 300lb man.

Wasn't able to use it much during the cold winter, but am looking forward to making up for lost time now the temperature is warmer

This scooter is a good send. For the price you oay. You get a great product. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good scooter. I live in Brooklyn NY and i use it for a verity to things….i ride to my job n back in queens. Which is like a 46 min ride. Its also not to bad on the trains it doesn’t take up to much space. It is a lil in the heavy side but it’s manageable. Speed is also good just make sure to turn off the cruise control until you get used to how to move. Overall i think its a great scooter n definitely worth the money

I enjoy riding my S10Max. It’s great scooter with slot of speed. It accelerates well and has a smooth ride.

This is my first scooter, and I really wanted to take my time and buy something solid so I wouldn’t have any regrets. After a lot of research, I went with the ISIN S10Max and I’m really glad I did. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and have taken it out around 8–9 times, really limited by how cold it’s been here in St. Louis... but every ride has been nice. The build quality feels strong and well thought out, and from the very first ride it felt stable.. Even as a first-time scooter owner, it was easy to get comfortable.

The ride itself is smooth.. It handles city streets, uneven sidewalks, and even grass extremely well, which really impressed me. The only real critique I have is the cruise control: holding the throttle for 3–5 seconds automatically engages it, which can be a bit annoying and catch you off guard, especially for me since a lot of my ride is stop and go, or at least fast-ish to slow, I'm a defensive driver lol. I think a separate button for cruise control, or maybe a double-tap on the throttle to activate it would be a much better design choice. Other than that minor issue, I absolutely love this scooter and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-performing ride, especially if you’re buying your first scooter and want to do it right.

One last minor gripe: the battery indicator. It’s displayed as a series of different-sized bars, which makes it harder than it should be to quickly understand how much charge is left. I really wish it showed a simple percentage instead. It feels like this was probably debated during design, and complexity nerds won out over clarity.

Overall - still excellent and highly recommend.

So far my son loves his scooter, he has been riding it around with no issues since he got it. I will recommend it to anyone.

Great Ride

It’s hard for me to say how my scooter will work out in the long run, however, my first impression is that the S-10 max came out of the box as and easy to prep product. I am rather impressed with the building quality of an overall. I’ve only put in a handful of miles and think that this one is gonna last other reviews point to the value as a great advantage over other scooters and I can see why. More to come.

I’ve live on East Coast and the package slightly banged up can be expected in distance shipping no damage to the scooter well packed inside easy to assemble good quality. I have a E bike that I built myself and I have a KingSong S 18 and just as good as quality shocks are a little stiff but I weigh 330 pounds, just let a little air out of the tires no problem. Easy to operate. Good quality overall I’m pleased with it. I got it for a quick run about can’t wait to keep using it.
