I bought my son this scooter to get around the neighborhood. He loves it. It’s fast and easy to use. Great quick way to get around and easy and compact to store.

The scooter is accurate to description. Good speed pick up, and fun to ride. I’ve taken it a few miles at a time and it’s held its charge.
I had purchased the isinwheel S9 Pro to complement the IScooter i9 that we had purchased a few months earlier. We had a good experience with the eScooter but wanted an upgraded experience with the isinwheel S9 Pro. The package arrived before Christmas, and we were able to unpack and use the isinwheel Scooter. The product has a very smooth ride with the inflatable tires. We also like regenerative brake on the left-side of this Scooter.
All was going well until we started getting "E19" Errors. This error is related to the braking system. I had reached out to iSinwheel Support and they had called me back the next day! They had let know that someone from Support would reach out by e-mail. Soon after, Bella had reached out to me and she was able to send out a replacement part for the braking system. She also sent a video on how to replace the braking system. Since the Scooter was still under return policy, they were able to send out replacement right away. We received the new Scooter within days.
Even though we had to contact Support, this was handled well and we are still enjoying our isinwheel S9 Pro Scooter!
