At 6’3” and 300lbs I was looking for a scooter that offered 15mph and 15 mile range minimum. The S10+ does both for me. The cruise control is an added bonus. So far I’ve gone 21 miles and it’s such a fun ti ride scooter.

Really great scooter in riding as well as appearance. However I advise to not take in rain as mine faced issue after 3 months on a mild rainy day. The Isinwheel team sent me the parts free and I was able to ride my scooter again.

Needed to upgrade from the M365 version/ Swagger 5. Great and reliable even as refurbished but short on distance.
Got the S10plus as a gift. Wanted a scooter with larger battery, more than 500W with turn signals, 10 inch tires and suspension.
The S10plus checked off the boxes. In the pics it shows how the larger tires and the longer/wider deck and higher handlebar make this a much bigger scooter. It weighs 40 something pounds not extremely heavy but heavier than the Swagger. Better battery: 42v 15 ah vs 36v 7.8 ah battery.
Solid build. Easy to assemble just connecting the handlebar out of the box. The wider foot board is helpful with my size 11 feet, more room. The front suspension works great with the 10 inch tires. Ran over rough city bumps. You do feel the lack of rear suspension with more vibration. Not sure why Isinwheel chose no rear suspension at this price point, caught the sale thankfully.
Rear motor 750w is a learning curve. Tap throttle lightly and stand quickly on the board or the front jumps up.
Display screen is color and easy to decifer icons. Only option is to press Power button ex: 1 short press Headlights on, 2 short press Level change, 3 short presses changes Mph to Km vice versa, long press Power button on/off.
The turn signals chirp when you manually press them, also helps alert people if they're actually listening/watching. Plus you can see the yellow turn signal icons on the screen.
The levels are Walk, 1 , 2 and 3. 3mph, 7 mph, 15 mph and 21 mph. On level 2 15 mph got about 23 miles approximately on streets and about five decent grade hills. Motor is stronger as I maintained about 13mph going up the hills. Not lagging like on the Swagger with smaller motor on the same hills.
It's not intended to be the fastest scooter. It's to give strong motion power and travel a decent distance. Fast scooters are of course much more money and higher wattage even 2 motored with hefty sticker prices.
Overall I'm happy about this scooter and the features.

Great value for money, fast shipping, 4 screws and ready to go. Sleek and mobile app is awesome for managing bike’s electronics.

Speed and acceleration is spot on for me and my wife and kids. Age range 59 to 18. Took on our boat for a week island hopping and they were the talk of the town.

Easy to operate

I would be remiss to say my isinwheel journey has been totally smooth. Between a delayed shipment, a communication breakdown with tech support, and a faulty dashboard and controller, it’s been quite the ride.

But every pumpkin can become a carriage, and even with these hiccups, I have no regrets. I am incredibly excited to own this scooter.

While I can’t attest to the isinwheel S10 Plus’s ride-ability yet, I can say:

• Unboxing was a snap! (Though Fed-Ex did a number on the box.)
• The 3-step folding system makes it easy to go from grab-able to ride-able.
• It has all the bells and whistles! Literally. The (shrill) bell ensures people notice you—trust me, you want that.
• The lights are incredibly bright, with visible turn signals on the handlebars and rear deck.
• The colorful dashboard is easy to read.
• Charging is simple.
• The sleek design is so shnazzy, you’ll wanna’ wolf-whistle.

So why 5 stars? Because isinwheel’s support team makes magic happen! They’ve handled every bump in the road with ease (much like the front dual hydraulic suspension). Supportive, understanding, efficient, honest, and accountable—they’ve proven their trustworthiness, so I’m trusting in their product.
